We got some feedback from last competition that we didn't make available, on a dynamic basis, current state of all ambient city coordinates. Ask and you shall receive- for the biweeklies, you now have the ability download current state of ambient city coordinates of all submissions, updated every hour. Thanks to the good work of our team member Alexander. Secondly, Lexey has a PR that we'll implement upon further review that will allow you to call an API to see if your submission is too close to other submissions at the signal level, before you submit. it will be subject to rate limits on the API calls, but it should help you a lot. Remember that a city is a compressed version of a signal- Imagine for the sake of simplicity that a signal is a sequence of points on a circle. A city compresses those sequences of points to one point on a circle.
