1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AlphaNova platform ("Platform"), operated by AlphaNova Capital Pte. Ltd. ("AlphaNova", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Competition Rules
Participation in competitions is subject to the specific rules published for each competition. AlphaNova reserves the right to disqualify submissions that violate competition rules, including but not limited to data leakage, plagiarism, or manipulation of results.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the models and code you submit. By submitting to a competition, you grant AlphaNova a non-exclusive license to use your submissions for scoring and leaderboard purposes as described in the competition rules.
6. Prizes and Payments
Prizes are awarded according to the rules of each competition. AlphaNova reserves the right to withhold prizes in cases of rule violations. Prize recipients are responsible for any applicable taxes.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with the operation of the Platform; (d) create multiple accounts to circumvent competition rules; or (e) share competition data outside the Platform in violation of competition rules.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaNova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account by contacting us at contact@alphanova.tech.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
