about signal parquet files

Hi, in the "Anti-Distinguishingtremor" thread, rudiyantoamdkom mentioned looking up coordinates from data/signal_cities.parquet. Where can we actually download that file? The signal_db bundle we got with the starter kit only has ambient coordinates for the legacy panel (Nonius + ~11 others), not for current quality-set submissions like distinguishingtremor's. Is there a separate download link/endpoint for live-submission coordinates, or is that file only visible to the organizers?
